I've been buying these refills for a while and the Downy April Fresh scent actually holds up instead of dying after a week. Set it to low in the kitchen and it kept the garbage smell away for close to the 50 days they claim.

Plugged this into the bathroom and the Downy April Fresh scent is still going strong weeks later, which surprised me since my old warmer faded after a few days. The low setting really does stretch it out, so I'm not swapping refills constantly.

Bought this for a musty hallway and the Downy April Fresh scent actually holds up — I run it on low and it's still noticeable three weeks in, not just the first few days. The refills click in easily, though I wish the warmer had a nightlight option.
