I put one of these in the guest bathroom on the low setting and it's still going strong well past a month, which never happened with my old refills. The berry scent is sweet but not perfumey, and it hasn't faded into that weird plastic smell yet.

The refills fit my existing plug just fine, and the berry smell is nice for the first week or so. After that it gets pretty faint even on the higher setting, so the 50-day claim feels optimistic to me.
