Fifty days is a long stretch, but this refill genuinely holds that fresh linen scent the whole time—no weird chemical fade by week three. I set it in my hallway and the smell carries just enough without being overpowering. Only gripe is the plastic casing feels a bit flimsy when you snap it in, but
Still pumping out that Gain smell on week three, which is way better than the last refills I tried that went flat in ten days. The 50-day fade-defy claim actually holds up so far, and one cartridge is plenty for my living room.
I was skeptical about the scent lasting, but I’m on day 40 and the Gain Original smell is still just as strong as when I first plugged it in. The 50-day claim feels legit, and the refills are super easy to swap out.
